📦 Where Do You Ship From?

⏱️ When Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is placed, you’ll get an email confirmation right away.
Processing starts 3 hours after payment and usually takes 3–5 days. During busy periods or unforeseen events, please allow an extra 2–4 days for processing.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Kindly note that it can take up to 6 hours for tracking to update.

If your order ships in multiple parts, you’ll get separate dispatch emails for each shipment.

🚚 How Long Will It Take to Arrive?

Standard USPS delivery for orders within the contiguous U.S. usually takes 14–21 business days.

🔄 What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns: Accepted for unused items, within 14 days of delivery. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Exchanges: For non-quality issues (like the wrong size or color), we offer size/color exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations: Accepted within 6 hours of payment.
